More clients,same team
Give every account its own creative engine. Your people set direction and approve what ships.

Shaped around the agency week
Onboarding, production, review, reporting. The work you repeat for every client is the work the agents take on.
Start a client from their store link
Paste a URL and the catalog, imagery and tone of voice are pulled into a client profile your whole team works from.
One workspace per client
Brand profile, asset library, ad accounts and approvals are kept per client. Work for one account never shows up in another.

Every placement from one concept
Approve a concept once and receive it sized for story, feed and portrait placements, laid out for each rather than cropped.

Client notes go straight to a revision
A comment left on a creative becomes the instruction. The agent makes the change and posts the new version for sign-off.

A stack of separate tools costs you weeks
A request starts in chat, turns into a doc, waits on a spreadsheet, moves to a design file and ends in an ad account. Each step has a different owner, and the context is retyped at every one.
One request. Five tools. Fifteen days before anything is live.

Client setup
Add the store, the brand guide and past reviews. They become a single profile that every agent reads before it writes or designs anything.
Category scan: what has lasted
The agent ranks ads in the client's category, and the client's own back catalog, by how long they kept running. Ads that kept their budget are the ones worth learning from.

Test grid and production
Audiences run across the top and messages down the side. Every cell gets a creative and its own cost per result, so each launch adds to what you know about the account.

Link the client's ad account and push approved creatives from the same thread. Pausing a campaign or moving budget is always held for a person to confirm.
Launch agent: Brand_Broad_US is running at $96 per result against a $35 goal. I recommend pausing it. This one needs a person to confirm.

Account review
Each week the agent goes through every ad and sorts it: grow it, refresh it or stop it. Then it drafts the follow-up work for you to approve.

Set up your first client workspace this afternoon and judge it on a real account.
Before you ask
No. Brand profiles, assets, ad accounts and approvals live in the workspace of the client they belong to, and agents working on one client only read from that workspace.
They can prepare and upload work you have approved. Anything that stops spend or moves it, such as pausing a campaign or shifting budget, is held until someone on your team confirms it.
Begin with a single client. Link the store and the ad accounts, add the brand guide, and the profile is assembled from there. You can add the rest of your roster once the first one is running.
They don't have to. You can share creatives for comment, and the notes they leave are picked up as revision requests.
